We collect only what is necessary to operate this site.
Information you provide:
- Email address — collected when you voluntarily join the Embers mailing list.
Information collected automatically:
- IP address — recorded temporarily (up to one hour) by our rate-limiting system to prevent spam and bot abuse. This record expires automatically.
- Usage and analytics data — page views, session duration, approximate geographic location (city/country level), device type, and referring source, collected by Google Analytics 4.
Information stored locally in your browser:
- A record of email addresses you have submitted is stored in your browser's
localStorageto prevent duplicate signup prompts. This data never leaves your device and we have no access to it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send you news, updates, and exclusive content about BLAZE-LACE and their debut.
- To prevent spam and automated abuse of our signup form.
- To understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Data Retention
- Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- IP-based rate-limiting records expire automatically after one hour.
- Google Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (14 months for user and event data).
- Browser localStorage data persists in your browser until you clear it; we cannot access it.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@blaze-lace.com with the subject line "Data Request."
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also request removal at any time by emailing legal@blaze-lace.com.
7. Cookies
We do not set first-party cookies. Google Analytics 4 may set cookies in your browser when you visit this site. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us at legal@blaze-lace.com and we will delete it promptly.
